About the Founder

James Celkis is the Founder and President of Our Lost Founding. He was born and raised in Chicagoland and is a High Honors graduate of the University of Illinois.

James is also an active duty veteran of the United States Air Force. Most importantly, he is a devoted husband, father, and Christ follower.

Enlisting the talents of his good friend Justin Bessinger of Justin Bessinger Design & Branding, James unites his passion for God, country, American history and bold messaging to create Our Lost Founding. His hope is that the union of a firm reliance on God and the vitality of democracy is made clear to all current and future Americans.

James currently resides with his wife, two sons, and their dog in the Twin Cities Metro in Minnesota. There, he is a licensed Realtor® and actively engaged in the community. Their daughter plays on streets paved in gold in Heaven.
